So Long Pastor Stu and Anita Taylor
Members and Friends of Boothbay Baptist Church are in a better place today
because of you’re love, kindness, patience and teaching from the Word of God.
The journey behind was not without it’s challenges. Our God sent you as our Shepherd to help guide us through a rough terrain – back into the Light.
May God reign mightily in your heart, in your health and in your daily walk.
We are forever grateful to both of you.
Members and Friends of Boothbay Baptist Church
TODAY
Please join with us today for a celebratory luncheon following worship in honor of
Pastor Stu and Anita Taylor.
TOMORROW MORNING
Quilting with Karen Keyes at her home on Kenneyfield Drive. Monday’s at 9:30 a.m.
For a second year, we’ll be making quilts for Project Linus and more. Ladies, you don’t have to be proficient in quilting – you just need to know how to thread a needle. This group is an extension of Lights of Love Women’s Ministry and offers wonderful fellowship, step by step instruction on quilting, coffee and snacks, and the end result – bringing warmth and joy to a child in crisis through this blanket ministry.
First project – 3 baby quilts for the Reed triplet grandchildren expected in Feb.
HELP WANTED ON SATURDAYS
The Board of Trustees will be working every Sat. at the “white house” to prepare it for the residence of a full-time pastor and his family. Work day begins at 8 a.m. They need people to be helpers to the tradesmen and for clean up. Later there will be opportunities for painting, etc. Many hands make light work. Questions, please speak with Tim Beck.

Joe and Angie Cousins – Campus Crusade for Christ, U. of Maine, Orono, Maine. A recent e-mail from Angie: “Things are good up here at UMO and we are busy as ever with ministry and preparing for the new baby. I am doing well (just tired) and looking forward to our new arrival (due Nov. 22nd). We have had lots of ministry trips and opportunities – please pray, however, for our follow up with students from those trips. We have been finding it increasingly difficult to get students to meet with us after the trip (even when they say the are interested).”
New England Bible College, S. Portland, Maine – “Fifty-six students began the fall semester, among them 16 were new or transfers. Twenty-six students returned to continue their programs, and 14 auditors found classes of interest. Most of the incoming students are taking a full load of classes and bring with them an excitement to prepare for ministry.”
