Robin Beck, Church Secretary
Robin Beck, who became secretary in April, 2011, is a writer and former journalist who has attended Boothbay Baptist Church for over 26 years. Before that she taught at a Christian nursery school in Massachusetts.
At BBC she has been a Sunday School teacher, youth group leader, a Deaconess, ladies’ Bible study leader, a member of the 2009 Pulpit Committee, and she wrote the history of the church for its 200th anniversary. She is combining the job of church secretary with the duties of clerk and communications coordinator.
She lives in Boothbay with her husband Tim who has been chairman of the church’s Board of Trustees for 8 years. They have three grown children and three precious grandchildren.
